Sanctuary Yoga welcomes Bec back to the studio for part 2 of her Intuitive Expressions Series.
Join Bec from Vibrational Transcendance for an evening designed to gently open the door to your inner wisdom. In this 2-hour immersive workshop, you’ll be guided through a soulful blend of ritual, movement, and creative expression to help you reconnect with your most authentic self.
We begin with a grounding meditation and a fragrant Jasmine tea ceremony, inviting the heart to soften and the mind to settle into presence. From this serene space, you’ll journey into intuitive movement and dance, allowing your body to speak its truth in fluid, authentic expression.
To deepen the exploration, we’ll move into an art outlet, giving shape and color to what wants to be seen, felt, and understood. Gentle breathwork is woven throughout the experience to support release, clarity, and deeper connection.
This workshop is an invitation to explore, express, and expand — no experience in dance or art required. Simply bring your curiosity, your breath, and an open heart.
