Yoga-Barre Fusion incorporates dynamic movements of Barre, Yoga, light weights, core and stretching. We will sculpt long lean muscles, build strength, elongate and tone the body through slow, controlled movements. Come join us for a thoughtful, warm, low impact class at the Barre and on your mat.

Lina Daou, RYT 200
Seeker of peace, love, light and joy with an innate passion for dance, music, philosophy, theology, physical fitness and beauty of the soul, Lina finds the journey of yoga has given her a mind-body-heart balance while challenging and strengthening her entire being. Lina has her 200 hour yoga certification and is a registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance.
She brings many years of experience as a former aerobic/fitness instructor. Lina intends to share with others her energy, and the love of self and others made visible, through her yoga practice.
