Are your shoulders tense and tight? Does your lower back ache? Sometimes all it takes to keep your body happy and your mind calm are the simple things.

These simple and effective self-massage techniques will help to reduce pain, improve mobility and keep tension at bay. You will find muscles you didn’t know you had, and relief you didn’t know you needed!
