For this workshop, we sit between the holidays ... would you like to leave everything behind for a couple of hours?
Come, seek refuge at Sanctuary Yoga. You will relax, become quiet, let go and be fed body & soul. From the giver, become a receiver. By allowing yourself to be cared for, you will come to appreciate how your efforts in the world affect and nourish those around you.
This will be a very quiet couple of hours with restorative practices for most of it, then some very slow flows and a return to stillness at the end. We will play music, read poetry and say things that nourish the layers of our being.
For more information, contact Véronique Jewell via phone (269) 598-2083 or email [email protected].
