Do you want to leave everything behind for a couple of hours? Come, seek refuge at Sanctuary Yoga. You will relax, become quiet, and just let go ...
Join us for an extended session where you will be guided through a series of supported postures, each held for several minutes, with ample time to breathe and release tension. It’s a practice that nourishes both body and mind. It will be a calm couple of hours, with restorative practices for most of it, and a return to stillness at the end.
We will play music, read poetry, and share words that nourish the layers of our being.
You know you need it!
Please pre-register. If you have questions, contact Véronique.

Do you want to leave everything behind for a couple of hours? Come seek refuge at Sanctuary Yoga. You will relax, become quiet, let go and be fed body & soul. From the giver, become a receiver. By allowing yourself to be cared for, you will come to appreciate how your efforts in the world affect and nourish those around you.
This will be a very quiet couple of hours with restorative practices for most of it, then some very slow flows and a return to stillness at the end. This month will feature a Yoga Nidra practice. We will play music, read poetry and say things that nourish the layers of our being.
For those joining online, creating supportive surroundings with candles, sage and warm blankets in a quiet space, would be a lovely way to enhance the profound effects of such practice. You may also want to make sure that you can extend your legs up against a wall and a bolster/pillow may come in handy.
In-person attendees and online please pre-register .
For more information, contact Véronique Jewell via phone (269) 598-2083 or email [email protected].
