So, the choice is yours -- on the lawn or on Zoom! "In person" people, meet at the Sanctuary Yoga parking lot and nearby lawn area! Arrive a few minutes early to choose between inside or outside and get yourself situated. Bring some hydration and if you prefer it, grab a spot along the wall of the Y that gets full shade for the entire class. Sunday @ 11:30 am - mostly sunny, temps in the mid-80s. but it will be low humidity and breezy. So you guessed it ... Sanctuarians can choose from Yoga outside, online and a new option described below.
This week we are adding a new option - if you want to get out of the house and luxuriate on the cork floor in the air conditioned studio - we will have a closed circuit setup where some of you can choose to be physically in the studio (following the outdoor class on the big screen), while others are outside on the lawn! Come on down to the studio and you can decide at the last moment, or even, start outside and move inside if it gets too hot.
So, the choice is yours -- on the lawn or on Zoom or in-studio!

Susan Freeman's subbing for, and apparently channeling, Véronique ... she just can't stay inside when it's going to be mostly sunny and in the 60s so come on out -- as in outside ! Just like last summer and fall, we'll meet at the Sanctuary Yoga parking lot and nearby lawn area! Arrive a few minutes before noon to get yourself situated. Dress for changeable Spring weather, of course ... for Savasana and in case the sun ducks behind the expected clouds.
Alas, this means no online/in-studio class for this Sunday. As an alternative, Susan's suggesting a free live Yin Yoga online class from Melissa Spamer as an alternative (starting at 12:30pm EST Sunday). Melissa is a much loved, once local, nationally known teacher of many area 200H and 500H teachers such as Sanctuary's own Véronique, Susan and Gina! Please enroll before attending.
We hope all the usual suspects will attend and bring a friend or two for some safe, socially distanced outdoor practice!
