Valentine's Day Partner Yoga Workshop with Véronique
This partner Yoga workshop will deepen your level of connection and intimacy through Yoga. You will rely on each other’s support to explore places in the body that we cannot normally access on our own, or cannot stretch sufficiently. And so, the partners willingly enter into an agreement about trust, communication, playfulness, connection and healing touch.
Bring a loved one, a friend, or just yourself (and we will partner you up) in this celebration of love, friendship and connection.
Yoga experience is not required.
