Mary Beth is adding Yoga for Stress Relief on Tuesday evenings from 7:15 to 8:30 PM. Yoga for Stress Relief is for students with some yoga experience who are looking to unwind after the stress of the day. Stretch and strengthen your body and bring a calm stillness to your week.
