Sanctuary Yoga welcomes Bec back to the studio for part 3 of her Intuitive Expressions Series:
Join us at the beautiful Sanctuary Yoga Studio for a playful and powerful journey into intuition, connection, and the art of silent communication.
We’ll begin with a grounding Root Tea Ceremony to soften the edges, open the heart, and let authentic conversation flow. From there, we’ll dive into mind-expanding games and telepathy challenges designed to stretch your perception and awaken your natural intuitive abilities. Expect laughter, curiosity, and plenty of “how did you know that?” moments. You’ll explore the power of the mind as a tool for communication beyond words while gently developing your clairaudient awareness. We’ll close the evening with a creative art experience to integrate what you’ve discovered and express your inner world.
This 2-hour workshop is open to anyone 18+. Bring a partner, a friend, or someone you want to deepen connection with, or arrive solo and meet other open-minded souls on a similar wavelength.
